Founded
Roots in TricityHLP Group, also known as Home and Land Planners LLP, was founded with one clear purpose: to build real estate projects that genuinely serve families, investors and businesses across Mohali, Zirakpur and New Chandigarh.
Aerocity
Aero Arcade DeliveredHLP Group completed Aero Arcade in Aerocity Mohali, a ready-to-move commercial project with SCO plots, booths and shops on the 200-ft Airport Road. This project established HLP as a developer that delivers what it promises.
2019
Mohali and Zirakpur ExpansionHLP launched HLP Galleria in Sector 62, Phase 8, Mohali and HLP Social Square on the Chandigarh-Patiala Highway in Zirakpur. Both commercial projects brought multi-format retail, office and lifestyle spaces to two of Tricity's fastest-growing corridors.
2023
Residential Plotted GrowthHLP Palmillas was launched as a RERA-registered residential plotted township in Zirakpur with plot sizes from 959 to 1350 sq ft, giving families the freedom to build their own home on owned land inside a planned gated community.

6 Active Projects and GrowingHLP Group today carries six active and listed projects from residential plots to commercial hubs and mixed-use developments, with its registered office at SCO 61-62, Sector 82, Mohali.
